Most operations want the full product: cited answers from your own library, the engineering math, FCC search across the ULS and antenna structure databases, and proactive license and area monitoring. The full plans differ only in seats and monthly question volume. If all you need today is FCC search and proactive monitoring, the lighter Search & Watch tier covers just that. Pay monthly or save 20% with annual billing. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Licensing tier
Search & Watch
The full FCC search suite and proactive monitoring, without the bench. Move up any time to add cited answers and your document library.
- ULS license search across the full FCC licensing database: callsign, licensee, FRN, radio service, or frequency, refined by status, state, county, city, ZIP, and dates, with map and proximity search
- ULS application search: recent and pending FCC license applications by callsign, applicant, FRN, file number, or location
- ASR registration search: the FCC antenna structure registration database by ASR number, owner, FAA study number, or location, with map pins
- ASR application search: filed antenna-structure applications by file number, ASR number, applicant, or location
- License watch: proactive 180, 90, and 30-day renewal alerts from each weekly FCC data refresh
- Area monitoring: draw a radius or upload a boundary and get alerted to new antenna structures and licenses inside it, optionally on a frequency band
- In-app notification center plus email alerts for everything you watch
- 3 seats included; additional seats $25 per seat per month
- No cited answers, document library, or engineering calculators. Move up to a full plan below to add them.

- FCC search across the full ULS licensing database and the antenna structure registration and application (ASR) records, with map and proximity search
- Proactive monitoring: 180, 90, and 30-day license renewal alerts from each weekly FCC data refresh
- Area monitoring: draw a radius or upload a boundary and get alerted to new antenna structures and licenses inside it, optionally on a frequency band you choose

Why Sentinel RF
Operations usually solve these problems with a handful of separate tools, each with a gap. Sentinel RF is one place that combines cited answers from your own manuals, senior-engineer and master-bench-tech judgment, the deterministic RF math, and integrated FCC search across licenses and antenna structures with proactive license and area monitoring. Nothing is answered from memory, and no renewal is missed, for a fraction of a senior hire.
| Instead of | The gap | With Sentinel RF |
|---|---|---|
| A general-purpose answer tool | Writes confident specs with no source. On a bench, a wrong value is a blown final or a failed inspection. | Every spec is quoted from your own manuals, with the document title and page. Nothing is answered from memory. |
| A scanner or hobby frequency database | Hands you FCC data, but no engineering judgment and no monitoring. | FCC search across licenses and antenna structures, the deterministic RF math, and proactive renewal and area monitoring in one place. |
| A one-time licensing filing service | Files once, then goes quiet. Catching the next renewal is back on you. | Watches every callsign and FRN you add and warns you months before each expiration. |
| The free FCC ULS and ASR websites | Public data across separate sites, no map, and no alerts. One missed renewal can take a system off the air. | The same licensing and antenna structure data unified with map search, plus proactive alerts for renewals and for new activity in your area. |
| Tribal knowledge in one person's head | Walks out the door the day a senior tech retires. | Captures your library and answers with the judgment of a senior tech who never leaves. |
| Hiring a senior RF engineer | Scarce and expensive, if you can find one at all. | Senior-engineer and master-bench-tech judgment on staff, for a fraction of a hire. |

Common questions
What's the difference between the full plans and Search & Watch?
Full plans (Bench, Shop, Regional) are the whole product: source-cited answers from your own library, the engineering calculators, FCC search, and proactive monitoring. Search & Watch is a lighter tier for anyone who only needs the FCC search tools (ULS licensing and antenna structures) and proactive monitoring (renewal alerts plus area monitoring for new towers and licenses), whether that is a two-way radio operation or an organization that simply holds licenses it cannot let lapse. You can move up to a full plan any time and keep your watchlists.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one named login for one person at your operation. Techs and admins each use their own seat; credentials are not shared. You can deactivate a departing tech and give the seat to a new hire at no charge.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing saves 20% over paying monthly, on every plan and on additional seats. You pick the interval at signup, and you can switch later from the billing portal.
What if we need more seats than our plan includes?
Additional seats are $25 per seat per month, or $240 per seat per year on annual billing. Add them any time from the admin console; changes are prorated automatically, and you see the exact effect on your next invoice before you confirm.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin. Trials include one uploaded document alongside the full shared reference library and every FCC search and monitoring feature. Unless you add a payment method before the trial ends, the trial simply expires and you are never charged.
What happens to our documents if we cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently delete your documents and indexed content. You can export your data from the admin console before you go.
Are our documents used to train anything?
No. Your library is used only to answer your own operation's questions. Model inference runs through providers under no-logging data policies, and your documents are never shared with other tenants.
We have government or utility contracts. Can data stay in our own stack?
A private deployment tier runs the same product with inference inside your own boundary. Contact us and we'll talk through it.
