Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the service safe, lawful, and useful for every operation on it. If something here is unclear for your situation, ask us before doing it.
1. Content you upload
- Only upload documents you have the legal right to hold and use. Service manuals and technical documents are typically copyrighted; upload them only if your operation lawfully possesses them (for example, obtained through your dealer or service relationship).
- Do not upload material that is unlawful, malicious (including malware), or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not upload personal data you have no business reason or legal basis to process.
2. Accounts and seats
- One seat, one person. Do not share logins, pool credentials, or resell access to the service.
- Do not misrepresent who you are or which business you represent.
3. System integrity
- Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the service, or attempt to access another operation's data, without our prior written consent. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it to [email protected] and we will take it seriously.
- Do not interfere with the service's operation, circumvent rate limits or usage quotas, or use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service.
- Do not send anything other than genuine operation documents to your ingest email address, and do not use it to relay spam.
4. Appropriate reliance
- Do not present the service's output as the work of a licensed professional engineer, or use it in place of legally required engineering review, inspection, or certification.
- Do not rely on license-database results for filings or legal deadlines without verifying against the FCC's own records.
- Do not use the service to design, plan, or facilitate unlawful radio operation, interference with licensed services, or any other illegal activity.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, suspend seats or the account, or terminate the subscription under the Terms. Where the law requires it, we may notify authorities. We will use the least disruptive remedy that protects the service and other customers.
6. Reporting
To report abuse, infringement, or a security concern, email [email protected].
